In an emergency

**If you think you are having a medical emergency, do not use this app — contact your local emergency number immediately (for example 112 in the EU, 911** in the US) or go to the nearest emergency department. Seek urgent medical care for warning signs such as severe or sudden lower-abdominal or pelvic pain, very heavy or non-stopping bleeding, fainting, signs of a possible ectopic pregnancy, severe or worsening mental-health distress, or thoughts of harming yourself. If you are in crisis, contact your local mental-health crisis line.

What PMOSly is

PMOSly is a wellness and self-tracking tool for PMOS (formerly PCOS). It helps you record your menstrual cycle, symptoms, lab results, medications and supplements, mood, and — optionally — fertility signals, and it shows you informational insights — statistics, trends, and possible correlations calculated from the data you enter, on your own device.

What PMOSly is not

- PMOSly is not a medical device. - PMOSly does not diagnose PMOS/PCOS or any other condition, does not predict your health, and does not recommend or provide treatment. - PMOSly is not a method of contraception. Do not use it to prevent pregnancy. - PMOSly is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The insights PMOSly shows are patterns, not predictions, and not diagnoses. They describe what your own logged history looks like — they do not tell you what is wrong with you, what will happen, or what you should do medically.

About cycle, fertility and prediction

PMOS/PCOS cycles are frequently irregular and hard to predict. Any estimated fertile window, ovulation estimate, or next-period estimate PMOSly shows is an **estimate based only on the data you enter, is shown with visible uncertainty, and may be wrong.**

- Do not rely on these estimates to avoid pregnancy — PMOSly is not contraception. - Do not rely on these estimates as a guarantee of fertility or as a diagnosis of ovulation or infertility. - Fertility and trying-to-conceive features are for **your own information and to discuss with a clinician** — they are not medical advice.

About lab results and reference ranges

PMOSly lets you record lab/blood results and view them over time, sometimes alongside reference ranges. These are shown to help you organise your own data and discuss it with your clinician. Reference ranges vary between laboratories and individuals. **PMOSly does not interpret your results, does not tell you whether a value is "normal" for you, and does not diagnose anything.** Only a qualified clinician can interpret your labs in your clinical context.

Always talk to a professional

- Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional (for example your GP, gynaecologist, or endocrinologist) with any questions about a medical condition, your symptoms, your lab results, your medications, or your treatment. - Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you saw in PMOSly. - Do not start, stop, or change any medication or treatment based on the app. The medication and supplement information you log is for your own tracking, not medical guidance. - Any doctor report PMOSly generates is a summary of the data you entered, created to help your conversation with your clinician. Your clinician interprets it — the app does not.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the information in PMOSly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any decision made, or action taken or not taken, in reliance on the app or its insights or estimates. See the [Terms of Service](./terms-of-service.md) for the full disclaimers and limitation of liability.
